Charles Fletcher Jr. brings his experience as a third-party logistics broker, salesperson and customer advocate to real estate. Prior to obtaining his real estate license, he negotiated for million-dollar companies. As a third-party broker, he learned how to be patient, detail oriented, proactive and a strong negotiator. Charles is also the co-founder and CMO at the Belvedere & Vicinity Community Center.
